Night Fell Asleep poem

[Little Cat]

Hey, this is one the poems I wrote last summer, it's the most popular of all though one of the shortest, I'm proud I wrote this poem cause it made me win 2 poetry contests though was third in both so won honorable mention only..Read the poem and tell me what you honestly think.

Night fell asleep

Watching the stars, she spends the night
Singing the same sad song, trying to sleep
Her eyes refuse to close cause he's out of her sight
Holding her head down, losing strength and preparing to weep
She must be crying silently letting her silence speak
Hearing these silent words, night fell asleep
But she's still awake, hopeless and weak
Weaker than weakness itself and hurt so deep.

well first of all let me tell u about love

it is a stupid thing that is a waste of time,, ask someone u trust would tell u the truth and tell them ,, "how do i look, and how did i change when i fell in love"

those that say they r in love r liers and want to waste their time doing something, its all fake

so enjoy ur few moment before its ruined by some fake love



but anyways

i like ur poem

I so don't agree with u
falling in love is a gift from God
Love brightens your life
and brings with it all these feelings hat makes u happy
when you know there is someone who loves u so much , someone who cares about u more than caring about him/herself

trust me r not gonna ask for anything in this world once u fall in love

you deserved to win and third place is not bad
you are still young , still have time to make it first and be always first ^_*

The use of the third person made me sympathize for the girl . even though I couldn't figure out the reason of her sadness

so u tell us ^_^

Hey Duaa, thanks for commenting. I actually don't agree with what you think, love is not an illusion like you think, some people call themselves lovers when they don't even know what love means, people mix between liking and love that's all. To me, love is something spiritual and something that can be given to only one person, and to avoid having a broken heart you have to give it to the right person, I unfortunately gave it to the wrong person, cause love is blind you know.
