we should always be on the safe side
and that is not buy from these American products

for me it is so hard because u know Aboora I live in Australia > n most of the products come form America

Hopefully when I come back to my country I wont buy any of these products , It is impossible anyway , coz in Iraq we have our own products , there is no MacDonald , burger king....e tc


And besides , u won't die if u don't drink Pepsi for example!

there is what we call FRANCHISE


there is no way one man can control over 100 restaurants in the middle east

and i mean by that is some people buy the name of the company even though it has that name the person still owns it with that company's name paying them the same amount of money even if they have no profit

as i said in that thread "
in other words it means if i had a restaurant called "roro",, and it is a very famous restaurant and everyone trusts me,, when mariam was thinking of starting a new business she started thinking "well if i named my restaurant (MARIOMA) then it will be new for everyone and it might take a long time until people get used to it and she will have low profit, and that can take long time,, but if she asked me as the owner of roro for a franchise,, then that will include me training her workers, decorating her restaurant to look like mine, and also give her a presentage for what she should pay me each month,,,, this means mariam will have a restaurant called "roro" , it is her restaurant with my name, and she for example pays me 20% of her profit every week,, and i will not be affected by any losses she makes in the business,, as well as i only have to open it for her and the rest she handle it herself"

so even though mariam has the company title "roro" and am the original owner of roro,, i tell her if u want my company's name then i want 50 million dollars every week,,,, and she will do that,, lets suposed people started to boycott her coz of something i have done,, well she will still MUST pay me the 50 million even if she herself got only $1,000 for that week,, she will go banckrupt and i will still ask her for my money even though she havent got it


so now the americans r getting the money even though u r boycotting their franchise

another thing u should keep in mind : EMPLOYMENT
y do u think the unemployment rate declined?? just for one reason and no more,, these resturants provide jobs,,, count it this way "in one resturants u will need at least 12 workers work in providing the consumers with their needs,,,,, u will need ×××××rs, lets say about 20-25 ×××××rs each work in a specific thing,,,, u will need flour for the bread ,, lets count it as $12,000 for every day,, and u also use fresh flour,, i dont supose they make the coke in there so u better buy coke,, which is at least $50,000,,, u will need to make ice cream which is at least $25,000,,, u will need some vegetables for salad $90,000,,, u will need to get some beef $80,000,,, u will need some seasonings $60,000,,, finally u need electricity, gas, oil, cleaning workers, as well as a boss to c whos workin and who isnt and that means at least 9 with one head so 10" there r billion other things they buy

so they r ACTIVE in the market

lets supose u guys counted it right,, and the kuwaiti family went bankrupcy,,, well imagin what will happen to the economy

"high enemployemt rate,, high decrease in deman with high supply,,, which will cause a very hard price drop" u might think it will be a good thing but NO IT WONT,, people will get banckrupt coz they will lose their business
