We often develop ill feelings inside our heart for the person who insults us or harms us. We nurture grievances. This in turn results in loss of sleep, development of stomach ulcers, and high blood pressure. This insult or injury was done once, but nourishing of grievance goes on forever by constantly remembering it. Get over this bad habit. Believe in the justice of God . Let Him judge the act of the one who insulted you. Life is too short to waste in such trifles. Forgive, Forget, and march on. i agree with everything u said

BUT

what if that person left pain that lasted for a year??

what if that person is the one who stole ur heart

what if that person cursed at ur existance not as whom u r

what if that person always try to harm you

what if that person built hate inside the people u care for?

what if that person lied to teachers about something u didnt do

what if that person promisses but breaks their promiss

what if that person can never change their habits

what if that person have the aim to destroy u


loooooooooooooooool these examples r from daily high skool life for my friends

but for me i am peaceful with everyone but sometimes over evil to few just to tease them (cool aim right haha)

i dont think forgiving is an easy things, it might even worsen the sitiotion

but the good thing about me is that I tend to forgive n forget easily , well it can be bad if the same person insults again , coz I forgive again n also forget ^_^


but I agree with Hamooza we should not forgive the person who insults us more than once

but we must forgive and forget the pain and better

so we are not deposited in the hatreds

a study that have been done by ME

says the fallowing

<its better to express ur anger to somebody then to forget and forgive,, coz once u remamber what happned u will wish the day is back and u have done something,, and that might cause huge stress>

well , in my opinion I think that one must get over and ignore such trifles especially if they come from trivial and shallow-minded people because if you retaliate and react violently you'll be like them and you'll humiliate yourself but if you keep cool and ignore them they'll burn like fire

but don't allow others to hurt you , be self-confident and strong and nobody will dare cause you any harm
and if they did they kknow that they 'll get the right reply and the punishment they deserve
